Abstract
This 10-year retrospective review of 26 cases at Irrua Specialist Teaching Hospital examined the distribution of primary bone tumours. The study found a male predominance (61.5%) with a peak incidence in the second and third decades of life. Malignant tumours accounted for 53.9% of cases, with Osteosarcoma being the most frequent, while Osteochondroma was the most common benign tumour.
