Abstract
This case report highlights the varied clinical presentations of posterior urethral valves, the most common cause of bladder outlet obstruction in male newborns. It contrasts a typical presentation in a six-month-old infant with a rare, atypical case in a 38-year-old man, emphasizing the importance of radiological diagnosis across different age groups.
