Abstract

The report describes a rare case of a 56-year-old man presenting with idiopathic bilateral popliteal pseudoaneurysm. The patient exhibited bilateral neural pressure symptoms and a rupture of the right popliteal pseudoaneurysm. The authors emphasize the clinical importance of recognizing this rare pathology to allow for appropriate surgical intervention.
