Abstract

This case study follows a 75-year-old hypertensive patient with a right leg ulcer caused by arterial insufficiency. It details the successful use of balloon angioplasty and wound care to salvage the limb, illustrating the challenges and the merits of interdisciplinary collaboration in treating chronic ischaemic ulcers.
