Abstract
This descriptive cross-sectional study among 110 adolescents in Irrua assessed the impact of school-based health education. Most respondents (90.9%) had participated in such programs, with 73.6% demonstrating good knowledge and 89.1% showing a positive attitude. Reported outcomes included improved hygiene (81.8%), healthier eating (84.5%), and better decision-making on sexual health (73.6%). The study concludes that while effective, strengthening delivery methods and interactive approaches could further enhance impact.
