Result of treatment of distal femoral fractures with anatomic locking plate and screws in ISTH Irrua; case series.

This report highlights the outcomes of three patients with distal femoral fractures treated with anatomic locking plates and screws. Clinical and radiological evaluation showed satisfactory fracture union in all cases, confirming the effectiveness of this operative method for load-bearing bone recovery.
